This website, gangahospital.in, is owned and operated by Ganga Medical Centre & Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., 313, Mettupalayam Road, Saibaba Koil, Coimbatore - 641 043, Tamil Nadu ("Ganga Hospital", "we", "us"). By using this website and making a payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Website

This website is provided to allow patients and their attenders to view information about the hospital and to make online payments towards consultation, investigations, treatment deposits and hospital bills. Information on this website is for general purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice.

2. Payments

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorised payment gateway partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or net banking details. You must provide correct patient details (name, UHID / registration number, mobile number) while making a payment. The hospital is not responsible for payments made against incorrect patient details.

3. Pricing

Charges for services are as per the hospital's prevailing tariff or as communicated by the hospital billing department. Prices may change without prior notice; the amount applicable is the one shown at the time of payment.

4. Service Delivery

Services paid for online are delivered in person at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore. No physical goods are shipped. A payment confirmation / receipt is sent to the mobile number or email provided, and the payment is reflected in the patient's hospital account within 1-2 working days.

5. Medical Treatment

Payment does not guarantee a specific treatment outcome. All medical decisions are made by the treating doctor based on clinical assessment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ganga Hospital shall not be liable for any delay or failure in payment caused by the bank, payment gateway, network or other factors beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
